I am sorry to be writing this letter to inform you that I am leaving private practice. With the changes in healthcare, it has become increasingly more difficult to be in private practice, especially when one is solo. As many of you are aware, I have had to undergo recent surgery. Through this experience, I have come to realize that I need to make a change. I have received an opportunity that will allow me to spend more time focusing on my health as well as spending more quality time with my family.
My practice is being transitioned to a company, Integrated Senior Care, who has been serving the community in several other capacities already including a clinic in Sun River. This will be an expansion of their services. At the location of my current practice they will be employing Natalie Roberts, PA. I am thrilled to say I have known Natalie for the last two years while working as the supervising physician of Enterprise Valley Medical Center. She is a very intelligent, hard-working and dedicated to her patients and I know you will be well served by her. She will be supervised by Walter Ogden, MD. As Integrated Senior Care employs a team of professionals, it will provide more consistent and comprehensive care than a solo provider can do. I would ask you to give Natalie an opportunity to provide her excellent care for you as well. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
I will be seeing patients through the end of August and will be available for prescription refills until September 10,2016. After that, all other requests will need to be addressed through Integrated Senior Care and Natalie Roberts. The clinic will not be providing any pain management at this time so if you are in need of such, you will need to make other arrangements.
Best wishes and thank you for the privilege of having participated in your care.
Karen Radley, MD
